Install and repair of fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.Manage materials to ensure timely completion of the work scheduled and ensure material consumption does not exceed estimates.Read and understand blueprints to interpret specifications.Communicate effectively with all other persons on the job-site, including subcontractors and job superintendents.Attend job site and office meetings related to assigned projects.Completes all forms, revisions, requests for tools/equipment/material that are required for each project.Performs field fabrication of piping mains and standpipes and sets up the specific task or job schedule.Maintains Job and Site Safety.Uses ladders, lifts, fork lifts, and fabrication equipment safely. Installs and prepares Fire Sprinkler systems to pass local Fire Inspections.

Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsDiagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc.Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairsExplain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customersContinuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
