As a line manager I have been responsible for reporting to the leadership team on all aspects of the works and have been part of various strategic funnel teams focusing on long term production, maintenance and strategic projects.Below some of the most significant projects are highlighted:- Middenmeer gas treating centre pneumatic controls retrofit where all the ancient pneumatic plant controls were replaced by state of the art electronic controls, new MCC and UPS systems, new DCS and ESD hardware and software, including full commissioning of the plant.- Overhaul of the Garyp treating centre 4x gas compressors during a 24/7 5 days overhaul working with 4 parallel teams, including field balancing and commissioning.- Engineering and installation of a complete new HV (high voltage) variable speed drives for the Garyp treating centre gas compressors, including a new building to accommodate the new systems, engineering and procurement of hardware and software, cabling-up, removal of the old installation and full commissioning in a 24/7 5 day shutdown.- Installation and commissioning of a propane gas cooling unit at the Garyp treating centre to replace the existing Freon cooling installation, including full commissioning.- Installation and commissioning of a new DEG reboiler skid at the Garyp treating centre facility.- Waalwijk treating centre plant overhaul Show less
