Experienced data practitioner with solid skills in Python (> 10 years), SQL (Spark and Postgres approx. three years) and PowerShell. In my role at PTG/MRI, I have built a Databricks lakehouse from the ground up and worked both independently and as part of a larger team where I handled all aspects of the data lake including ELT, dimensional modelling, training staff on PowerBI, statistical and non-statistical data analysis, ML, dashboarding, and reporting. Experience in DevOps utilising Ansible, Docker, Terraform and GitLab CI. After hours I actively study the technologies I use at work for continual performance and outcome improvement.
