Arches Capital invests direct and/or together with formal investors like VCs, CVCs, RDAs, and Family Offices.Mid 2024 Eric co-founded Essential a group of former entrepreneurs providing strategic guidance for businesses in need of significant transformation or pursuing a path of robust growth.
