I am a Servant Leader first and foremost. I have experience leading people in many roles throughout my career. I have worked in multiple working organizations types including manufacturing plant, service engineering, quality, and IT areas at the companies I have worked. I believe that breadth and knowledge of an entire company gives me the best opportunity to understand the complete view of the overall company. I strive to understand the working level parts of any organization I am in as I see it better helps develop and work with people within my team or the teams I lead. I am willing to do what it takes to get the job done and make sure the team I am on succeeds above all else. I believe if the team succeeds then we all succeed. I am highly motivated person with a master’s in engineering management from Lawrence Technological University in Detroit, MI and an bachelor’s in electrical engineering technology from Purdue University. I earned my master’s degree while I was working full time at Chrysler. I have 20+ years of experience in the Automotive and Diesel Manufacturing Industries. As a proven Engineering Technical Manager, I have lead teams as large as large as 25 people all the way down to an individual contributor leading teams through indirect management as a Black Belt Engineer and Master Black Belt Engineer. I can step into and assess a project request quickly and manage it to successful conclusion.
