Amazon FC as a Temp with SMX Staffing I was then hired by Amazon permanently in the Prime Pantry division. I am honestly a human Swiss Army knife, I can do well in any department and I utilized that skill to eventually become the lead Problem Solver (Quality Assurance) where I showed customer obsession by maintaining and verifying products and contact various vendors through our Trouble Ticketing system. After leading Problem Solve, outbound dock, pick, and pack for over 2 years and then becoming the leader of the team ( Ambassador) where I will mostly expand my Office Administrative, interpersonal communication and leadership experience making sure our team meets our daily goals by maintaining the daily backlog and training new associates, eventually I was promoted to a Process Assistant position where I managed the the Outbound Dock where I displayed excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the team's success due to the fact that this department was robotics that skill played a huge part in the teams contribution. I am a dedicated student, I am quick to listen, learn fast, and can take criticism in order to help become a better person or employee. I am a born leader so I work exceptionally well with others and when needed can be that leader, problem solver, who is dependable and highly motivated in everything.
