Global It Change Manager

Responsible for implementing, executing, optimizing and managing the change management process within De Lage Landen (DLL) global IT environment (Europe, Americas, Asia, Australia)Activities :• Judging and approving changes (emergency and non emergency) on predefined change process criteria like sox and audit controls, impact on IT systems, business, end user environment, User Acceptance Test results.• Chairing the Global Change Advisory Board (CAB) and responsible for creating CAB agenda's and advices.• Maintain the global change calendar to resolve change planning conflicts.• Reporting on change management process KPI's to the management team, team leads, and other stakeholders in the change process.• Adjusting change management policies in close corporation with the management team, team leads and process owners in order to optimize the process.• Involved in quarterly meetings with external change managers of Rabobank Netherlands, Rabobank International, Interpolis, Robeco, Athlon Car Lease in order to align processes and communications.• Closely involved with other processes that have a relation with change management like Configuration Management, Service Level Management (SLA, support hours, IT signoff, Suppliers etc), Problem and Incident management.• Involved with IT audit (sox) assessments to ensure that all change audit controls are effective.• Setting up a Configuration Management Database in order to have an overview of all configuration items and their relations. • Acted as commander of a command centre with the following purpose 1) Coordination of solving P1, P2, P3, P4 incidents, 2) Coordination of poblem analyses, 3)Process optimization for Problem and Incident Management.Results: • Introduced criteria for deployment windows of changes depending on the impact of the change.• Worked out a proposal for a new impact analyses process to have more control on determining the impact of a change and the needed operational approvals.
