Sold over 100,000 hamburgers!Developed, operated and marketed a vertically integrated farm to table restaurant, appearing multiple times on three national television channels, as well as many front page articles on four different newspapers. Thanks to media exposure sales increased  tenfold. Raised my own beef cattle to ensure the quality and reliabilty of the supply chain to provide the best possible hamburgers and steaks at the right time.  Also grew my own potatoes for handcut frenchfries which had yet another marketing aspect that allowed me to differentiate myself from the competition. Located near a NATO base, I had to simultaneously discover and meet the diverse demands of clients from up to a dozen different countries on a daily basis.  That was only possible by having a high level of empathy and flexibility. Even though the business was started on a "shoe-string" budget, successful implementation of these innovative production and marketing practices were rewarded with sales of 100,000 burgers and 10,000 steaks.  Also more value was created by keeping the sourcing of the core input in-house. It was a great business experience that could have been expanded upon, had there not been the combination of workforce shortage and covid-19 crises.

Taught over 1000 kids how to ski!I successfully turned a complicated, scary and potentially dangerous activity, into something simple, fun, safe and rewarding for up to a dozen students at a time, in a dynamic environment. Professional Ski Instructors of America Level I certification.

I trained, motivated and led a team of over a dozen people, to accomplish challenging tasks under high-stress environments. Received numerous awards acknowledging my leadership abilities.Graduated from Advanced Ground Search and Rescue School.Went to flight school and flew a Cessna 172 airplane solo.Took part in a comprehensive curriculum thoroughly covering leadership and aerospace subjects.

As a kid I built, developed and operated my own dial-up bulletin board system. Users could login to share files, play games and exchange messages with eachother. Wrote my own scripts to automatically connect and integrate with other BBSes. Even had a few paying customers!
