As a former US Department of Defense contractor and current Security Professional within the private sector, my professional background has equipped me with the necessary skills to effectively supervise security operations. Specifically, I have experience in preventing unauthorized individuals, contraband, and dangerous devices from entering military installations, US airfields, and entry control points, particularly in austere environments. Additionally, my time spent as a former infantryman team leader for the United States Army has allowed me to lead small teams tactically in anti-terrorism drills ranging from the platoon to brigade level. My familiarity with handguns, assault rifles, and crew-served weapons stems from my infantry experience as well. Furthermore, working at stateside and overseas Entry Control Points with military police has enabled me to manage US base security as well as oversee day-to-day operations on military installations.
