Act as a liaison between the Project Management Organization and the Greenwood manufacturing facility to ensure customer expectations are communicated and addressed. Interpret customer plans and specifications to provide accurate information on project orders. Work with the PMO and Product Lines to adhere to project schedules. Manage full documentation requirements for assigned high complexity orders. Author documentation as needed for high complexity orders.

Design and develop solutions that satisfy the customers’ needs for both busway and switchgear. Travel to various job sites to perform field measurements, create new tools needed to perform daily tasks more efficiently, work with sales and marketing to test new products, support customer and sales by answering technical questions.
