Main focus within the organization on business development of IT to IT Support Services, Datacenter Remote Managed Services and Hybrid Cloud Services; including customer on premises infrastructure support, colocation housing infrastructure and/or hosted cloud infrastructure in private datacenters (based on Nutanix hyper converged software defined datacenter technology) as well as public cloud services (Microsoft Azure). Activities include developing the sales pipeline (CRM), customer requirements analysis and qualification, assisting key account and sales management teams in entering the engagement with customers in an early stage to help identify, qualify and communicate optimal solutions based on a solid appreciation of the Client’s vision, business goals and IT strategy, organise and chair customer meetings, service portfolio presentations, bid development (including working in consortium on complex RFP’s with strict deadlines), create offerings, achieving engagement profitability, customer satisfaction evaluations, structuring and managing the handover of signed service deals to the PMO and SDM teams, ongoing tracking and building a trusted advisor relationship with customers, event participations as key note speaker, back-to-school sessions.
