Creative Manager

• Works with VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager to ascertain priorities and needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.• Develop, maintain and uphold the brand standards of the organization across all materials, both internal and external. • Works with outside advertising consultants and vendors to assure image continuity throughout campaigns on an add needed basis.• Manage the graphics request process to ensure that design projects are delivered on time to all external and internal partners. • Manage the graphics team to ensure that they are working efficiently and oversee them as their supervisor. • Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process and develops project budgets and workflow.• Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic and/or illustrative material, to include multimedia concepts, as appropriate.• Identifies, selects, and coordinates vendors for printing and publication services, as appropriate to the project; may write and process requests for proposals for printing requisitions; identifies and recommends contractors, such as printers and illustrators.
