Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of the structure of the human experience. It gives the practitioner a toolbox of techniques for expanding perception, changing behavior, refining capability, revising beliefs, updating identity and extending personal coherence and well-being. The approach of the NLP Marin style of instruction allows the practitioner to creatively adjust the techniques being applied when those techniques are not getting the intended results. NLP is not about changing the facts in one's life, it's about changing our relationship with those facts. I am interested in working with the Public Safety Community (Police, Fire, EMS) with job-related issues. I have 30+ years of Public Safety experience, including 9-1-1 Dispatching, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Corrections, which allows me a particularly unique advantage when it comes to what this type of work entails. I am also interested assisting anyone else, concerning any variety of issues, who's feeling "stuck" and unable to move forward with something in his or her life.
