Prepared production reports, statistical process control charts, and equipment status. Chosen and tasked as the trainer of other technicians/team members on Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) bonding.

Analyzed power system and provided timely and accurate engineering analysis and technical advice for the safe, reliable, and economic operation of generation and transmission system. Supported the operation of the electric transmission system by providing system dispatchers and other support personnel with transmission system contingency analysis, power flow studies and technical support. Conducted contingency analysis, recommended schemes like transfer tripping for system security, and transmission equipment clearance (planned outage) support. Reviewed/scheduled and approved transmission line outage requests including generation maintenance requests. Evaluated real-time system operating conditions to determine potential problems and solutions and make appropriate recommendations.
