Commander of the Crime Gun Intelligence Center (CGIC). We work in conjunction with the ATF, Homeland Security, and Federal and State prosecutors on violent felony firearm offenses. The investigation starts once a firearm is discharged and a shell casing is left at the scene. We follow the evidence that leads to our shooters. We concentrate on identifying and locating the active shooters in the area and those who are most responsible for the gun violence in our city. We conduct data driven, biased free investigations, using intelligence networks and link analysis to identify our targets. I have developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the community, manage resources, and identify, investigate, and deter gun violence. As a Resident Security Agent (RSA) for Major League Baseball (MLB), I have planned, coordinated, and executed comprehensive security and operations plans for MLB events. Additionally, I have a proven history in collaborating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and ensuring the safety of players, staff, and spectators. Adept at risk management, emergency response, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders. I have been the Treasurer for Cincinnati Police FOP Lodge 69 for the past six years where I help manage a 2-million-dollar annual budget. I have been instrumental in establishing an Investment Advisory Group for the Lodge which has enabled the FOP to allocate their cash savings in diversified fixed income and equity allocations.I have acquired multiple skills and certifications in law enforcement, physical security, and emergency management, such as crisis management, risk assessment, threat analysis, and incident response. Some of my core competencies include leadership, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic planning. My mission is to protect and serve the public, and to contribute to the advancement and improvement of the law enforcement and security profession.
