I am a versatile and experienced business attorney capable of providing a wide range of corporate and business legal services, solutions, and counseling for companies and their owners and executives. My broad-based knowledge and seasoned judgment have been developed for nearly 30 years, including 15 years as in-house counsel. I have a depth of experience in general corporate matters (including entity formation), commercial contracts and business transactions (including the sale and acquisition of business interests through asset purchase and stock purchase agreement structures), and residential and commercial real estate.In 2010 I created Evon Legal to dedicate my services to a set of strategic clients. In 2016, I partnered with Lyne Law Firm LLC, and most recently, I teamed up with Clair Law in 2023 to deliver a high level of counsel and service to my existing clients while bringing my knowledge and experience to a broader client base.On a personal note, I am married and have three sons. We enjoy spending time together doing outdoor activities such as bicycling (road and mountain biking), hiking, canoeing, and skiing.
