• Handled pre-contract work for 1,089 acre township development at Eco Majestic Semenyih with a GDV value of approximately RM 11.1 billion comprising of 3,889 units of landed residential houses, 403 units of commercial shop lot and 4,172 units of high rise properties. • Handled project scope comprising of main building works (landed & high rise), road & drainage, landscape, M&E infrastructure, sewerage work, water reticulations work, sewage treatment plant, emblem fencing, toll plaza, perimeter intrusion detection system, security system, swimming pool, playground & fitness, interior fit-out etc.• In charged of leading and advising consultant team to ensure proper documentation of tender document and tender drawings as per Client’s requirement.• In charged of reviewing consultant’s proposed design and carried out cost control to meet project budget. Conceptualized alternative proposal as value engineering.• Strategized tender calling procedure in order to comply with company policies, procedure, timeline and Quality Management System.• In charged of sourcing for suitable contractors and suppliers for project tendering. • Actively carrying out cost analysis and tender evaluation highlighting any pricing discrepancies, pricing error, alternative design proposal or technical non-compliance from tenderers whilst shortlisting the most eligible tenderer.• Interview and carry out negotiation with tenderer ensuring tenders were awarded within budget.• Responsible in drafting Award Approval Report highlighting the pros and cons for awarding project to the selected tenderer for Management approval.• In charge of approving Variation Orders and Final Account in timely manner and to minimize cost impact with a target of at least 5% reduction from Contractor’s initial cost submission.

• Fully Involved and handled the post-contract work for construction and completion of marine structure consist of 2 phases of Wharf and Access bridges at Westports, Pulau Indah, Port Klang with a contract sum of approximately RM 450 million.• In charged of scrutinizing contract document, design drawings and BQ ensuring no detail discrepancy. Successfully raised an average of 2 VO requisition per week due to drawings discrepancies• Responsible in application for Extension of Time in line with Condition of Contracts.• In charged of sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors for any ad-hoc works during construction and to award within allocated budget.• Handled monthly progress claimed by conducting site evaluation with client and consultant representatives and to submit progress claim in timely manner.• Responsible in cross-checking final workdone quantities by conducting site measurement and taking off to ensure no items were being left out.• Responsible in cross-checking Delivery Orders for material purchased on behalf and ensuring all materials were properly backcharged to Sub-Contractors.• In charged of monitoring and tracking cost spending and budget for every awarded trade and carried out cost cutting or value engineering for any works exceeding budget.
