Phoenix Fitness provides personal trainers, weight training, strength training, sport specific training, spin classes, bike and cycling training.• Work to maximize sales revenue and long-term profits. Assist the Owner is setting revenue projections and yearly budgets.• Working on developing a long-term sales and marketing manual for all staff members. Educate staff on improving sales techniques.• Oversee membership renewals, class sign-ups and other effective sales tools regarding retention and expanding gym users.• Administer new company marketing strategy including a new website, social media efforts, posters, flyers and print advertising.• Participate in strategic planning regarding new classes and programs for both existing clients and new members• Developing both short-term and long range sales reports and membership overviews.• Coordinate efforts to expand corporate members and community partners. WildiZe is a non-profit focused on Wildlife Security, Community Development and Education in Sub-Saharan Africa. WildiZe has helped fund and organize over 75 on-the-ground projects over the past 10 years in nine different African countries. As the WildiZe Deputy Director I was involved in all senior management activities.

• Managed and developed the corporation’s veterinary radiography business with full P&L responsibilities for this $5 Million Division. • Oversaw all product development and introductions including x-ray equipment (both analog and digital), software and educational materials. • Established Annual Department Budgets, Sales and Marketing strategies, new product development and performance evaluations. • Directed a staff of 15 employees and Sales Representatives. • Administered veterinary marketing program- including company’s tradeshows, web page content, mass media advertising, press releases, and related educational programs.• Provided economic analysis and projections for this business segment. • Researched and helped implement AFP’s initial sales database introduction (Salesforce CRM) and subsequent upgrade to SugarCRM. • Led Business-to-Business relationships with major veterinary luminaries and customers, distributors and dealers including Butler Animal Health, Henry Schein and MWI Veterinary Supplies.

Volunteer Citizen Member tasked with reviewing and making recommendations for improving the City of Aspen Recycling Drop-Off Center.

• Managed the day to day operations of EcoCycle’s stand alone Broomfield Recycling Center including educational events, public programs, scheduled public access and the local “Center for Hard to Recycle Materials” (CHARM). • Developed yearly budgets, in conjunction with both EcoCycle headquarters and the City and County of Broomfield. • Wrote monthly articles for the “Broomfield Enterprise” newspaper. • Interfaced with elected municipal officials on recycling matters. Ad hoc member of Public Recycling committees in the cities of Louisville, Lafayette and Superior. • Supervised major special public events, including the creation of the annual Eco-Cycle Artful ReCreations art show/fundraiser. • Oversaw and coordinated the Center’s internship program as well as over 50 volunteers.
