Land Acquisition – Large PipeSenior Land Agent – KEYERA – Various Projects - Fort Saskatchewan, Buck Lake, Grande Prairie,AB • Work effectively with the Team – as Project Manager working with Project Coordinator, Land Administrators and fellow Land Agents to deliver field workload.• Work with all departments of KEYERA, Challenger to ensure all work, including surveys are completed in an efficient manner.• Consultation and Survey Acquisition for P/L RoW and adjacent lands for proposed routing.• Work with affected Landowners, Occupants, to review any issues that may come up, (i.e. gates left open, increased traffic, land access without prior consent, on and off RoW access, on and off RoW land damages, etc.).• Work with Keyera for Open House Landowner Consultation.• Survey Notification – in relation to project specifics. Legal, soil and environmental. • Lead Potential Reroute negotiation and Negotiation with Landowner, as well as with the Municipalities.• Negotiate with Landowners and with Landowner Advocates.• Daily Reporting, Project Tracking, compiling and updating Line List and Contact Reports. • Work with all pertinent levels within the Municipal Districts and County Offices.• Also worked with several other companies to complete their requested projects, including ATCO, N.E.P., Plains Midstream, as well as completed several road works projects with various counties and M.D.’s within Alberta.
