While serving in this role, I concurrently served as a city manager for 8 months for a population of over 1,700 people, while I directed and managed overall force protection and security, emergency services, public utilities, risk management, and day to day life support and services. My leadership style focuses on collaboration, building trust, empowering direct reports and establishing management controls to ensure we meet or exceed all strategic goals.
