Served as Deputy Director for Production for the Geospatial Intelligence Directorate, supervising geospatial analysis consisting of imagery, cultural and topographic intelligence disciplines. A directorate that consisted of over 90 military, government, and contractor employees, that provides reach back intelligence support to Iraq, Afghanistan, Horn of Africa, and forces deployed globally. Represented the directorate around the Marine Corps and Intelligence Community venues consisting of National level Intelligence Community conferences, Foundation Base Operations and operational planning venues.Directly responsible for 54 Marines and Marine Civilians' professional and technical development, performance appraisals and awards.Provided analytical guidance on All-Source Intelligence aspects fused into geospatial production, while ensuring collaboration across the Geospatial Intelligence Directorate and all other analytical directorates internal as well as external to the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity.Responsible for directorates' adherence to Quality Review/Quality Assurance standards of production, dissemination, and data management.

Advised and assisted in planning and implementing aspects of the intelligence cycle to include planning, all-source analysis, production, and dissemination of operational and tactical intelligence. Performed, supervised, and coordinated weather, terrain, threat, cultural, infrastructure, economic, geopolitical, and targeting analysis.

Served as the US Marine Corps' Geospatial Project Officer leading a team of 20 support contractors that provided project management for tactical Geospatial Intelligence Systems, the Topographic Production Capability (TPC) program, which included providing financial management, schedule development, configuration management, systems engineering, system performance monitoring, technology insertion and contract development. Provided subject matter expertise on tactical GEOINT systems/C4ISR interoperability between the Marine Corps, other military services, Joint and National systems; Office of the Secretary of Defense and Congressional personnel. Successfully managed a $20M contractual effort to refit the Marine Corps entire geospatial program with a smaller, portable, cutting edge common server and common workstation, and Geodetic Survey Set.Successfully implemented the first Marine Corps Geodatabase into the configuration of the TPC Family of Systems, providing a common data storage and management framework to support a dynamic enterprise dissemination capability.Developed and managed a $2.2M contract award for 17 Digital Terrain Analysis Mapping System-Lite to fulfill an Urgent Universal Needs Statement.Supervised the preparation of the TPC Life Cycle Cost Estimate which changed the TPC Program of Record from an abbreviated Acquisition Program to an Acquisition Category IV program.

Served as Geospatial Intelligence Chief, Operations Chief and Intelligence Production and Analysis Chief, instrumental in leading many facets of intelligence support for joint/coalition exercises, regional geopolitical and threat analysis, intelligence training, and cultural interaction. As the Operations Chief, advised the Commander on all matters pertaining to intelligence production requirements as well as validated and tracked all Requests for Information (RFI). Deployed in support of numerous bilateral exercises with coalition counterparts in South Korea and Japan. In late 2004, deployed and supervised the daily functions of an all-source intelligence fusion and production cell in support of combat operations within Iraq. Developed 50 detailed planning products and intelligence summaries that were disseminated throughout Coalition Forces Command, Major Subordinate Commands and the Commander of Marine Expeditionary Forces.Initiated, Planned, and Executed Geophysical data collection in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity in South Korea. Consisting of precise GPS survey and a topographic survey conducted by 6 individuals that collected and processed data that was returned to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency for validation into their Geodetic Control Database.Established the Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) and managed analytical and production efforts of intelligence, imagery and topographic analyst in support of combat operations in Iraq.

Served as Intelligence Officer responsible for using Geographic Intelligence Systems to analyzing all-source information, to include spectral imagery, geospatial data and intelligence information to interpret the physical landscape for its effect on military operations in support of low intensity conflict and unconventional warfare scenarios. Assigned to Joint Intelligence Targeting Cell (J2T) Task Force, Joint Chief of Staff with the responsibility of facilitating Central Commands request for Imagery Derived Products (IDP) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.Instructed, coached and provided extensive analytical and technical expertise to 32 all-source intelligence officers. Incorporating a first-of-a-kind three-dimensional perspective view product to the standard production line. Received, evaluated, processed, and disseminated over 360 individual IDPs with a 98.3% approval rating in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Responsible for instructing entry level analyst on the use of current databases of combat intelligence, intelligence operations, how to process intelligence information, the use of intelligence information to identify targets, analysis of intelligence reports, interpretation of national estimates and how to select, read and interpret maps and charts. Instructed in over 30 iterations of a 12 week course, totally over 800 students and over 1700 hours of instruction.Selected as the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center 1999 Enlisted Instructor of the Year.Achieved the certification of a Master Instructor.

Served as a terrain analyst on two separate deployments in support of contingency operations. Collected, analyzed, and interpreted geographic information provided by geodetic surveys, aerial photographs, and satellite data. Researched, studied, and prepared maps and other spatial data in digital or graphic form for political and military purposes, utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data structures and user interfaces for GIS and mapping. June and July of 1994, participated in Operation Restore Hope in support of a Noncombatant Evacuation Operations in Mogadishu, Somalia.August of 1994, participated in Operation Provide Promise and Deny Flight in the Adriatic Sea.
