My time was dedicated to enhancing the customer onboarding experience, increasing onboarding velocity and simplicity for Olo's customers. Worked closely with customers, Product, Design, and engineering manager to plan and implement user-focused features. Conducted detailed code reviews and testing of pull requests from team members and others across the organization. Practiced Whole Team Quality processes, promoting a shared responsibility for quality and a culture of continuous improvement. Supported Incident Management and conducted incident retrospectives as needed to share learnings with other team members. Shared Scrum Master responsibilities on a rotating basis each sprint, leading Agile ceremonies (planning, standup, demo, retro). Assumed role of Feature Owner for four major team initiatives, improving the performance of applications and onboarding UX.Aside from my primary team responsibilities, I served on the production Platform Release team on a rotating basis, performing multiple platform deployments daily. I'm also proud of my work on the Olo for Good Equity Committee, sharing the responsibility of overseeing the distribution of over $7 million in charitable grants to non-profits supporting the Olo for Good mission, helping Olo meet its Pledge 1% commitment.

Worked with team on user interface and process efficiency improvements for Walmart Connexus Pharmacy System. Participated in group deep-dive sessions of existing applciation, participated in and lead some feature design sessions, created and presented technical specification documents for client approval, navigated Walmart's software development processes with minimal guidance from client, gave feature demonstration to client, and lead development effort on a critical feature saving Walmart pharmacy workers ~30,000,000 clicks and tens of thousands of hours of worker time annually.

Created permanent, interactive, immersive marketing experience for SunTrust Bank at The Battery at SunTrust Park in Atlanta serving tens of thousands of guests annually. The experience is comprised of multiple baseball / Atlanta Braves-themed kiosk and game experiences at The onUp Experience. Experiences include Guest Registration with marketing opt-in and printed photo badge, Financial Trivia Contest, Custom Green Screen Photo Experience, Interactive Photo Gallery, SunTrust Financial Confidence quizzes and social media experiences. Photos are made available for social media sharing on retrieval website.

Developed features, performed maintenance, documented processes, troubleshooted & supported customers of SaaS HR management & timekeeping applications. Developed and deployed mobile app API accessing legacy HR system. Optimized SQL Server queries to overcome architecture-related performance & scaling challenges. Migrated Mohawk Industries’ marketing, sales websites & databases from dedicated hosting environment to Azure cloud environment. Created design of online form submittal system for Ball State University, integrating with Oracle backend and existing custom forms designer.

Supported online marketing for Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Migrated hosting from CentOS Linux to Ubuntu Linux within Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting environment. Implemented automated backup and restore process for web environment and MySQL database. Built out new site features, implemented new features for content management system (October CMS).

Built fully integrated solutions for event marketing, including photography applications, interactive display kiosks, interactive trivia stations, mobile apps, field data collection systems, websites, desktop applications, server applications, web service applications and completely custom hardware / software integration for marketing events. Designed consumer medical portal SaaS for payers for The Staywell Company. Integrated features included pharmacy refill scheduler, EMR access, drug interaction tool, and healthcare conditions and procedures content. Developed content publishing platform for medical publisher, Greystone.net. Content tagged with ICD-9 and MeSH codes, authored by onsite medical publishing staff and published to client format specifications.
