MCRTrust / MillCreek Residential acquired the former Heritage Creek Apartments in October of 2014. I was hired on with MCRTrust / MillCreek to run the day to day maintenance & later as the project manager when full unit renovations / capital improvement projects got underway.

The Metrex Property Group is a Property Management Company that manages smaller apartment communities for private owners. I was hired on with Metrex to instill structure on how the day to day maintenance needed to be ran in order to maximize efficiency. I implemented a preventative maintenance program along with proper documentation of service records & the use of binders for lighting, snow / ice removal. Was in charge of obtaining proposals / bids for capital improvement projects along with establishing relationships with vendors and vendor set ups.

Over seeing the day to day maintenance for a 488 unit apartment complex. During my time at Legend Oaks I worked for 3 property management company’s and was retained during the sale of the property twice. I was the acting Regional Maintenance Manager during my employment when Pinnacle Property Management fee managed Legend Oaks from 2004 - 2009. Overseeing all of Pinnacle’s property’s in the Rockymountain Region.

After years of working in the automotive industry as a Automotive Technician I wanted to move my career in a different direction. I was hired on with Oakwood Homes as a punch technician & was quickly promoted to Assistant Superintendent. I was fascinated with the entire process of land development from the time of underground utilities going in to the roads being built and lots being released. I started out in Highlands Ranch & was amazed at how quickly Highlands Ranch was growing to the South. Then in the spring of 1999 I took the Assistant Superintendent position at The Cottages in Broomfield where I quickly learned how difficult the City Inspectors were to work with. I took great pride with the new homes we delivered & focused on giving the homebuyer the best home buying experience possible. Paying great attention to all of the littlest of details long after our homebuyer had closed on their house.
