Business solutions lead on a multi-year initiative to build out an internal Registration and Licensing compliance application. During this time, I served as the project lead and managed a team of eight business analysts to work with our business partners to document the business requirements. My responsibilities included Project Charter definition, application roadmap maintenance, documentation review, leading business partner requirement gathering sessions both in person and on the phone, assigning work to other business analysts, coordination amongst all parties including QA, Project Management and Development, monthly financial reviews and budget forecasting, and representing the application to higher level executives within the company.

Worked extensively as a technical business analyst on a variety of projects within a variety of CRM tools. My responsibilities as a business analyst throughout this time included: Gathering business requirements, leading business requirement gathering sessions, writing the project functional specifications document, working extensively with the development team to address technology needs, developing and reviewing test scripts, helping lead user acceptance testing, and assisting with the training materials for the end user.
