Current• Provide strategic analysis of marketing initiatives and author strategic plans encompassing marketing, advertising, public relations, corporate philanthropy, and CRA activities.• Direct advertising placements to promote the bank’s image through its people rather than its products, while leveraging media communication to enhance community awareness of brand, products, and services.• Track and ensure charitable giving are in compliance with bank-wide CRA commitment, including qualified investments, volunteer activities, and sponsorships that enhance community involvement, recognition, and philanthropic efforts.• Lead public and media relations, strategically positioning the bank as an expert in the community as well as facilitating internal and external communications.• Develop and manage budgets for advertising, printing, and contributions.• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.• Stay current with market trends and design innovations, continuously updating knowledge to provide the best service and advice to customers.
