Grew production from 2300Bopd to 17000bopd (by early 2015)Purchased ~9500 adjoining acres and associated production from Devon Energy2015- Paid down $100MM in term loan debt. 2016- Purchased ~12,000 adjoining acres and associated production from Sabalo and WM Operating Purchased ~18,500 adjoining acres and associated production from Devon EnergyPaid down remaining $425MM in term loan debt2017- Maintained a zero debt company. Arrested declines in production using enhanced production techniques entirely funded out of cash flow. Testing Enhanced Oil Recovery methods 2018- Led the process to raise $200MM in Term Loan debt through Guggenheim and MC Credit Partners(Woodbine Acquisition LLC changed its name in March of 2014 to MD America Energy LLC)

Reporting directly to the CEO to provide Operations Leadership for a world class Woodbine Sands horizontal drilling program. Accountable for drilling financial and operational performance as well as corporate target delivery related to drilling cycle times, safety, and operational performance. Direct the drilling engineering function and directly control change(s) to processes and D&C AFEs. Direct the facilities and pipeline construction function. Responsible for delivery of approved D&C budgets. Build and manage asset development schedules and work cross-functionally across all corporate functions to coordinate and adjust as needed. Proactively and clearly identify problems and provide to teams for solution. Oil and Gas Exploration & Production Co.Led Operational efforts to locate and purchase a large oil play in Madison County. Led drilling and completion efforts in West Texas. Ever focused on Simple, Safe, and Efficient delivery of all company targets.Mapped processes for this start-up.Made things happen. Consistently.

Third Party Debt Collections primarily in the medical field that included litigation strategies.Led a team of 80 employees through a successful re-organization that moved a flat organizational structure to a vertical one.Developed a new executive leadership team consisting entirely of women promoted from within the organization. Delivered 85% of the first year written plan in conjunction of the re-org.Made things happen. Consistently.

Accountable for the execution of ~$50mm in Capital Projects per year in a 220 well per year in field drilling program.Managed a 16 person team of construction technicians. They delivered all aspects of a 7 rig drilling program drilling 220 wells a year that ultimately optimized to a 4 rig program drilling 178 wells a year. The team delivered all:Road construction and maintenance, site construction, production facility construction, facility automation (yokogawa ffb), pipeline installation and maintenance, water handling for frac operations, pit closures, reclamation to BLM and State regs, water facility construction and maintenance, and anything else that needed to be built. This team took process improvement to a new level and ultimately were responsible for a remarkable performance improvement project.Delivered the results of this project on two separate occasions at MIT's Sloan Business school. Accountable for execution and delivery of a 4 rig wellwork program in Southeast New Mexico. Ran day to day operations of 4 pulling units engaged in repair, rework, and stimulation activities.~$10mm per year in expense and capital work. Zero DAFWC's, or RI's for all 4 rigs in a 3 year period.Rework, frac, stimulate, troubleshoot, analyze failures, and repairs. Assist with production issues as needed.Developed a methodology using KeyView that improved rig performance. Co-authored and delivered a short course on the process. Made things happen. Engaged in field operations to include roustabout and production work.Rod pump and ESP wells.Battery consolidation,new battery installation, well testing, relief pumper, accountable for all confined space work in the area.Made things happen. Consistently.

A Senior Compressor Mechanic for established gas compressor rental company. Majority of work was in the Sonora,TX outpost followed by Midland, TX. Repair and maintain rental compression units. Assist new hire development. Maintain customer and company expectations regardless of difficulty.

Co-founder and co-owner. Our company provided low speed integral compression engine PFM analysis, maintenance, and repair crews in TX, NM,LA, and MS.

Supervised low speed integral compressor overhaul crews across the continental United States.

Performed low speed integral compressor overhauls, maintenance, and repairs in Christiansted, St. Croix, followed by a tour in the Houston ship channel in '94.
