• Performing daily stock fill for all departments. This include load and excess for all departments (inc RP Apparel)
• Breaking and splitting the load for Specialist Departments
• Maintaining planograms post implementation, cutting in of new lines in line with planogram principles
• Supporting inventory by ensuring stock protections equipment is applied in line with stockloss principles
• Ensuring the back of house routines and maintenance are in place so the area is tidy and safe.

• Manage the casual and permanent staff rostered within the team including breaks, meeting allocation, configuration/ system/pooling information and updates to any procedures
• Communicate any escalations / issues with race stewards to ensure adherence to the racing rules
• Manage all pooling partner links, comingling agreements, and communication
• Second in charge to Raceday Shift Leader in managing Raceday Operations, escalating issues, and managing the performance of the team on shift (permanent and casual)
• Assist in the creation of the daily rostering plans for operations, ensuring that all roles are accounted for, and content is covered across the Raceday Controller team

• Manage the performance of allocated POD area team members
• Ensure all live meetings have been delegated to team members for race control
• Report and disseminate racing information – Protests, delays, scratchings, track changes
• Assist the Shift Leader and Shift Coordinator in ensuring that all team members adhere to Tabcorp Ways of Working and the race day culture and engagement expectations.
• Ensure all race control functions are performed by the POD team and all required POD manager action approvals performed in real time

• Assisting in leading the team, to replenish and recover the store ensuring this occurs within the allocated timeframe and budget.
• Plan the workload and resources required to deliver daily store replenishment, presentation and rework to company standard and within budget
• Oversee the fill (including Zone Back of House) and presentation operation to ensure work is completed on time, to the Company standard and the store is ready for trade
• Ensure procedures are followed to minimise store stock loss
