Senior Formulation ScientistResponsible for the OTC and FMCG product development and technical support for category pipeline development in China, the projects include internal development and out-sourcing mode, have deep understanding of the process for the internal development & technology transfer as well as 3rd party manufacturing model, also familiar with novel pharmaceutical technology such as HME, solid dispersion, dual action dosage form, etc.Leading project:- Regulatory supplemental data preparation, on-site inspection, product scale-up, process validation, technology transfer and commercialization for a tablet product.- Whole product development, product scale-up, technology transfer and commercialization for a food product (sore throat pastille).- Fast-prototyping and lab batch development of cosmetic product, softgel, sustained release tablets, dual action dosage form using out-sourcing model.- Global transfer & local development for a chewable tablet product.- Technical leader of in-licensing project for a capsule product.
