- Booking & coordination of most cost effective and efficient means to export and import goods within customer requirements. - Daily communication with customers to ensure smooth transactions within their operating guidelines. - Ensure customer is provided excellent service throughout the import and export process including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution.- Handle problems that may arise with Customs, airlines and/or steamship lines.- Develops and maintains professional relationship with steam ship lines, air carriers, forwarders, and regulatory official.- Responsible for the management of the team which will include the monitoring of their performance, planning training appropriate to their needs and also be responsible for the management of client relationships and ensuring that your staff manage any complaints appropriately.

- Coordinate all carrier bookings include arrange and confirm cargo space on aircraft and steamship lines. - Presenting proper documentation to Customs and Border Protections for Inbound & Outbound Cargos. Include Ocean Bill of Landing, Airway Bills, Insurance Certificates, Shipper’s Export Declarations, Delivery Orders, Dock Receipts, Warehouse Work Orders.- Prepare and/or send advance notification of shipments and documents to banks, shippers, consignees, destination offices.- Coordinating pick-ups and deliveries from the carrier or shipper to the final destination, ensure cut offs of departure and/or arrival are met depending on customer needs. - Calculate ocean/air freight rates.
