Joint Venture 1. Total operation management includes Manufacturing (Laser cutting, bending, stamping, welding, machining, benching, painting,etc.), Assembly, SCM, R&D, Engineering, Equipment&Facility, production support, Admin, HR, Quality and EHS.2.Be responsible for instituting short-term and long-term operational strategy with CEO and Group COO together and getting them well executed. 3.Be responsible for company culture transition,dissemination, requirement definition, implementation check and CI. 4. Be responsible for KPI system institution (Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory, Productivity, Cost, Morale) and getting it well executed.5.To establish key person pool and succession plan, continuously improve personnel competence and loyalty.6.To make Lean Manufacturing realization plan including time-line, budget, training program, preparation and execution. 7 . To improvement quality management system through data stock establishment and Six Sigma introduction and application. 8. Be responsible for supply chain management and continuous improvement of KPIs like quality, cost and on-time delivery. 9. Be responsible for stock level budgeting, control and continuous improvement.10.Be responsible for production planning improvement and capacity planning, to meeting the target of OTD and realize Make To Order gradually.11.Be responsible for strengthening equipment management through TPM and establishing OEE target.12.Be responsible for ERP system functional expansion and CI.13.Be responsible for design, decoration, layout, process setting and finally release to production.14.To participate in marketing partly.15.To cooperate with Sales and Service closely to solve customer complaints so as to improve customer satisfaction continuously.16.
