Daily I assisted my supervisor, the Executive Assistant for Eligibility and Compliance Services, with routine tasks as required by the Eligibility and Compliance department such as interpreting eligibility rulings, filing, and composing letters and emails. I was also responsible for the familiarity with all Eligibility and General Administrative forms and knowledge of FHSAA Bylaws and Policies. During my time with the FHSAA I was also in charge of helping the Director of Compliance on Sectional Appeals and creating online Eligibility and Compliance brochures. I would also compose letters and emails to member high schools in regards to student-athletes eligibility status and/or possible sanctions a school may receive for violations. Towards the end of my internship with the FHSAA I had the opportunity to investigate member schools for possible violations of FHSAA Bylaws and Policies.

Some of my responsibilities at the Parkway Family YMCA included maintenance of gym floor, cardio machines, select machines, and free weights, cleanliness of gym facility, group exercise rooms, and classrooms, execution of proper usage of any machines or equipment in facility by properly displaying and teaching members how to use all equipment as well as leading potential new members on tours while promoting and selling the YMCA mission and its memberships

At North Florida Christian High School I would film and edit practice segments on a video program called HUDL, operate and maintain video equipment; cameras, and tri-pod sky system for the football program. I would also assist offensive coaches with practices and interact with athletes daily. On a normal week I would volunteer one to three days a week, generally one or two practices and every Friday for games. During the week I would start my day at three in the afternoon and film the entire practice. Afterwards I would load the practices to a program known as HUDL in the Offensive Coordinators office. Once loaded I would edit every segment of practice and distribute them to all the coaches on the staff. On game nights I would typically begin my night at five or six in the evening by ensuring that all the equipment was charged and ready to go for the entire game. This would include making sure all batteries for the cameras and tri-pod were charged and all the cords and necessary equipment to set up the tri-pod were intact and packed for away games. Once the game had concluded I would repeat the same process I did during practices.
