Responsabilities for the re-engineering of a depositary bank department i.e.:- Implement new AIFMD controls- Re-engineering of existing processes and operating model- Review of contracts and SLA's with external stakeholders

Responsibilities for the implementation of a new accounting platform Change Management i.e. Facilitate the implementation in the Back-Offices (Securities Handling, Lending, Payments,…) by:- Defining New Target Operating Model- Describing AS IS and defining TO BE end-users process- Creating Impact Matrixes for end-users- Preparing Operational Change Readiness for migration- Communicating/Reporting towards Management- Communication towards End-Users- Organizing Work Groups to prepare the migration- Organizing Training on tools (FR/NL)- Supporting End-users in Aftercare- Analysing cross-domain topicsProject Management i.e. creation of a manual booking communication tool by:- Designing tool (Model, Functionalities, Rules,…)- Writing Business Requirements for IT- Following-up Development with IT- Organizing testing- Ensuring Communication, Training (NL/FR), End-User Support, User Guide- Coordinating Upgrades of the tool- Controlling Project Management (Budget, Timeline,…)

Responsibilities as Project Manager and Business Analyst for the integration of Funds on a new Target Operating Model i.e.:Business Analyst:- Analysis of portfolios (type of instruments, processes, custodians, clearing, …)- Data managementProject Management:- Planning and communicating the migration with different stakeholders- Prepare Rollback scenarios for the migration- Implement new Product Change Requests process between IT and Business- Enhance Operating Memorandum creation process

Credit risk surveillance of Corporate Clients i.e. risk classification according to Basle II rules, surveillance of risk deterioration (balance sheets, covenants, excesses,…), Loan Loss Reserves forecasts, sector analysis ( Construction, Automotive, TMT,…)

Management of different projects in the credit department following Prince 2 methodology (business case analysis, business requirements, follow-up, testing, documentation). Main projects were: • Merger of ABN AMRO/Fortis (creation of risk surveillance tool, half time in Rotterdam)• Credit Survey among Fortis Countries• Project linked with Tax (application of EU directives)• Project to improve liquidity.• Project to improve tool FIRST• Project to prepare SEPA for credit management
