I am a father of four boys, two recently adopted this past year. Everything I strive to do is for the greater good in my personal life as well as my professional one. I have 20+ years of management experience along with managing accounting needs. I also have a degree in education and have always had a passion in helping to mentor and train someone to succeed. Further I hold a licensed CDL and am a licensed Mortgage loan officer. I am always looking to better myself and take action in always training and educating myself in various fields. I am a honest and hardworking individual with a strong moral and ethical code. My hope is to find a company that offers longevity and a passion for making the world a better place. In every job I have ever been in, I have always used effective communication and positivity when managing. In all my years of experience in doing so, I have learned that having a positive attitude and clear communication is one of the most important attributes that you can contribute. Many people have the skills to do something, and if they do not they can be taught in most cases. However, its much harder to teach kindness, compassion and personality that is needed in many careers being performed today.The owner of my current company who I have been with for 10 + years is retiring.
