• Assign and ensure completion of daily tasks for employees.• Complete employee evaluations as well as disciplinary actions.• Calculate and reduce scrap.• Conduct weekly meetings for production, safety, and efficiency to 60+ employees.• Manage lower level leadership and guide them for future roles.• Develop daily reports on the events of the day and productivity. • Provide support to production through receiving material and delivering.• Inventory processes and accuracy.• Complete payroll using Kronos software.• Work within SAP to determine inventory availability and needs.• Communicate with purchasing and production to provide necessary material in a timely fashion.
