I spent 30 years with the New Jersey Division of Gaming (DGE) Enforcement serving as an investigator before becoming the Slot Lab Director in 2008, and then Chief of Staff in 2016. In 2011, I led two industry work groups and drafted regulations to streamline the regulatory process and embrace best practices about casino IT and Slot operations. Before and following the 2013 launch of Igaming, I was responsible for researching policy, approving Internet gaming technology, and regulating Atlantic City’s Internet gaming operations. I am currently the Managing Director for IC360, a sports integrity and consulting company that helps companies navigate the patchwork of gaming regulations in North America and abroad.
