As Head of Investment Operations at TIFF Investment Management, I have over 17 years of experience in the investment management industry. I oversee the daily operations for several fund-of-funds investment vehicles with a combined value of over $8 billion, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.I lead and mentor a team of operations analysts who perform various responsibilities, such as trade and collateral processing, cash management, fund performance, attribution, and monitoring of investment managers' exposures. I also manage and coordinate the onboarding and transition of new and current clients, delivering high-quality operational support and service that meets their needs and expectations. I work closely with portfolio managers, investment managers, custodians, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
