Over 15 years of working career, I have experienced the optoelectronic industry (8 yrs) and the consumer Electronics Industry (2 yrs Automation development, 7 yrs FATP NPI).Especially in my current TPM role, I can put in and apply the skills and experience I have accumulated in the past. It includes communication and coordination like a PM, manufacturing and process control like a planner, fixture and equipment evaluation like a designer, and the most challenging is to constantly balance costs and benefits throughout the project , not only to make the project successful as purpose, also need to achieve the purpose of making a profit.As a TPM, we take time to work with PD and Engineering team to meet the customer's design requirements, even feedback the problems arising from the customer's design, kind of the unresonable FAI or tolerance, so that the final delivered product can bring the best user experience.Personally, adjusted my professional and career direction with the changes of different times, a high degree of adaptability and a clear understanding of self-ability are my greatest and advantages.
