Lead a small team to develop Embark Maple Energy, a B&E's Trees farm-sourced maple syrup based athletic energy pouch that first had roots in endurance mountain bike racing in the late 2000s. Activated brand and launched Embark into the upper-midwest through in-person attendance of endurance athletic/adventure events, specifically within the grassroots cycling community. Used creativity, storytelling and genuine connection to customers to keep moving forward through a 2021 supply chain disaster. Successfully launching Embark Maple Energy into retailers throughout the upper-Midwest in 2022.

184 acre off-grid organic maple syrup farm mental health outlet turned full-time job. Started as 40 acres and shared equipment and grew over a decade. Set up in-woods infrastructure to collect sap from 4000+ maple trees on remote, rugged terrain. Designed & constructed a sugarhouse to boil sap into certified organic maple syrup used in Embark Maple value-added products.
