10+ years with my current employer and 10 years with my previous one.That I believe, is an accomplishment for my field and my generation; along with my work ethic, my diligence and loyalty to my employer and my customers.I am customer and business focused. I build relationships with all my accounts and have grown them throughout the years. I waste no time and prefer to interact on a regular basis in an effort to maintain those relationships.Over the past few years, I've been in somewhat of a 'test' role within sales. I've been charged with projects and product lines as they were initially introduced into the company. Something no one else had touched before, but I was entrusted to launch and build upon each one - and have done so successfully.My colleagues have referred to me as a 'grinder'. I have a strong work ethic, related to my customers/accounts with ease, understand the strategy behind what I do and what the company's goals are. I've uncovered talents I didn't realize were almost 2nd nature to me, such as Marketing, Business Writing, even Graphics (to a point).I am a collaborator. I do so with Marketing, Operations and other departments as needed; and at times - because I initiate a project or idea. When everyone collaborates to achieve the same goals, and everyone is on board, then it becomes a win win for us, and our customers.Accustomed to occasional travel nationwide to represent Cintas at national trade shows. My prior experiences with face-to-face customer services roles that include the restaurant industry (many years ago) as served as a great foundation for the business relationships and service levels I am responsible for.
