Allow me to introduce myself… My name is Eric Werness and I am always interested in securing a position as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. I have over 25 years of experience in the construction and building maintenance fields.I am dependable, self-motivated, organized and efficient. I have been told that I have the unique ability to meet people at their level no matter who they are. I enjoy motivating others to efficiently complete the job at hand. I have effectively supervised teams of up to 60 employees and can delegate tasks as needed. I also enjoy a hands-on approach with the goal of finishing assignments on time and within budget. I have an extensive knowledge of construction, weatherization, and building systems. I can easily lift 75 pounds, work at extreme heights and enter small spaces as needed. I have spent the past 25+ years working on construction projects indoors and outside, in all kinds of conditions. I have also served for many years in a volunteer capacity on mission teams serving the less fortunate and on the building maintenance team of our church.
