I coordinated a 2-star general officer's schedule, tasks, and office personnel (34), while planning her trips and agendas. I also wrote her speeches and organized her staff meetings. Our office was originally the Air Force Chief of Safety. Then she was selected to create the Air Force Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office. She and I built the office up from an original 4 personnel to 34 while balancing requests for information, tasks, and coordination with HQ USAF, DoD, SECDEF, Congress, and the White House.
