Managed all facets of project including safety, design, constructions management, costs, schedule, commissioning and Startup.

Responsible for Construction management, schedule, cost, safety , process engineering, commissioning and start up of Latex Emulsion Facility. Greenfield facility. $10 million total cost. Completed on time and on budget. Facility state of the art - Won NPCA award for Low Air emissions design. Facility payback ahead of schedule in <5 years.
