CurrentModernized Seagate’s global trade footprint by leading a team of employees and contractors, implementing the Vastera Tradesphere GTM system, customizing/integrating the system to meet the needs of hundreds of users worldwide, streamlining processes to reduce manual effort, and eliminating three outdated systems. Managed the continuous improvement of the system (including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements), ensuring secure, reliable service of the application for nearly 10 years.Advanced development of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) as a long-term member of Oracle’s GTM Strategy Council.Implemented an early version of Oracle GTM, being the first major customer to go live. Presented the implementation project at Oracle Open World, Value Chain Summit, and OTM/GTM user conference.Led the project to upgrade the Oracle GTM application from version 6.2.10 to 6.4.2, migrated the on-premises solution to a single cloud footprint, and implemented US export Automated Export System (AES) functionality.
