Review new multi family loan submissions from DUS Lenders to ensure prudent underwriting and conformity with Fannie Mae credit standards.

Currently asset manage a diverse portfolio of Multifamily Real Estate investments. Products that I asset manage include: equity investments, construction loans and LIHTC investments. The current equity commitment that I manage totals over $175MM in addition to managing over $150MM of outstanding construction loans and over $30MM in LIHTC investments.

-Currently asset manage a portfolio of market-rate equity and tax credit incentivized investments with current financial commitments totaling $200 million. Responsibilities include producing investment recommendation memos for major investment decisions with accompanying in-depth analyses, engaging in business strategizing and negotiations with internal and external business partners, and developing/implementing investment strategies which maximize the asset's value while minimizing credit risk to Fannie Mae.-Produce break-even analyses, actual performance vs. pro-forma operating variance analyses and other credit risk analyses driven by data produced from external and internal partners in order to provide investment recommendations to senior management. Produce quarterly Action Plans for adversely risk-rated assets which are based on credit risk scores assigned to investments. These plans provide senior management with a more in-depth view of investments as well as outline the implementation of the investment strategy asset management will take in resolving financial deficiencies.-Developed and produced Quarterly Business Review for Community Investments group which provides analysis and key metrics on a $2 billion portfolio of multifamily equity investments. This exercise involved analyzing available data and vetting that data in order to ensure an accurate current view and realistic outlook on the performance of the portfolio.-Produced monthly Watch List report for Community Investment group which summarized adversely rated assets within investment portfolio. Required data mining and organization as well as in-depth quality control for accuracy.
