FACILITY PROGRAM MANAGER – Client: Puget Sound Energy. Manages all systems for 38 properties comprised of 1.5 million-sf commercial facilities located from Bellingham to Chehalis. Reports directly to PSE facility management team. Oversees daily operations of seven mobile employees preforming engineering services tasks. Found, assessed and compiled energy reducing projects and presented to client for inhouse implementation. Serves as Senior Project Manager for all out-of-scope work and fabrication projects. Actively presents all buildings status/project update reports in a weekly meeting to a varying audience, including ownership groups. Served as the company’s 07 Electrical Administrator for both McKinstry and BGIS. As the Electrical Administrator I implemented a statewide corporate training program for all apprentice electricians and handled all permitting and LNI correspondence for the company. CRITICAL FACILITY ENGINEER – Client: AT&T. (Johnson Controls Dec 2015 - May 2015 CBRE took over contract in May 2015) Maintain all operating systems for a 120,000-sf data center. Reported directly to Property Manager. Major systems include four 2-kW generators, three 600-ton Carrier Centrifugal chillers and Marley cooling towers, and main switchgear and breakers. Perform daily rounds to identify issues and provide immediate solutions. Assure all systems are operational and repair/calibrate as necessary. Serve as Lead Engineer on all energy projects. Provide preventative maintenance on all systems. Work closely with property managers and tenants to assure excellent tenant satisfaction ratings. Managed all systems for 15 properties comprised of 2.4 million-sf commercial/industrial facilities located from Everett to Puyallup. Systems included HVAC control systems, restroom automated controls, building security systems, exterior lighting timers, fire panels/pumps, and a building emergency invertor system. Coordinated general contractors and project managers on numerous tenant improvement projects. Monitored all work for quality and compliance. Immediately resolved problems in a satisfactory manner. Scheduled and coordinated all repairs, testing and construction for both in-house and contractors. Performed/bid out and supervised all parking lot/roof maintenance and repairs. Managed all rekeying and key control for the building and tenant spaces. Oversaw all fire alarm maintenance, testing and repairs.
