FACILITY PROGRAM MANAGER – Client: Puget Sound Energy. Manages all systems for 38 properties comprised of 1.5 million-sf commercial facilities located from Bellingham to Chehalis. Served as the company’s 07 Electrical Administrator for both McKinstry and BGIS. As the Electrical Administrator I implemented a statewide corporate training program for all apprentice electricians and handled all permitting and LNI correspondence for the company. Reported directly to Property Manager. Major systems include four 2-kW generators, three 600-ton Carrier Centrifugal chillers and Marley cooling towers, and main switchgear and breakers. Perform daily rounds to identify issues and provide immediate solutions. Assure all systems are operational and repair/calibrate as necessary. Serve as Lead Engineer on all energy projects.
