These roles have focused on grid operations and technologies, IT leadership, project management, NERC compliance, and developing high performing teams in support of critical systems. GridSME is the culmination of Eric’s career in forming a consulting company that bring together Subject Matter Experts and clients who need assistance.

Director of WECC RC EMS Systems and WECC IT systems. Main project of Implementing two control centers / data centers and systems to provide for Reliability Coordination in the Western United States. Hire and direct staff of engineers, technicians for the start up and ongoing functions of both RC centers. Also staffing and IT support for all of WECC staffing, offices and systems.Returned to WECC after a brief consulting stint as the Manager of Technical Delivery for the $108 million dollar Western Interconnection Synchrophasor Project in 2010 thru 2013. Project was completed on time and on budget.
