Moved to eXp Realty where I have a team of agents that I mentor in these various avenues while still servicing my clients. I like being diverse because it allows me to service the needs of the masses, and it keeps my work challenging and interesting.

Continued my work experience to start working with contractors on new construction. Developed a relationship with a developer, and began listing lots and selling properties in a subdivision. Got to know an investor and began finding flip projects for him. Then we started acquiring properties for a rental portfolio. That portfolio expanded into commercial properties and industrial properties, so I learned how to negotiate lease agreements, transfer the sale of businesses, and pretty much everything real estate related.

Started as a buyer's agent on a team. Expanded to learning how to handle distressed properties. Then began listing real estate for sale.
