I am in charge of opening up the newest location of Virginia Green in the Fairfax/ Springfield area for 2020. We will add additional locations throughout the Northern Virginia area in subsequent years. I will have full P&L responsibility over all the locations in the NoVA area..I have worked for the largest players in lawn care over my 24 year career, and I am proud to now work for a company that truly puts its money behind its marketing claims and mission statements. Responsible for all phases of branch operations for Northern Virginia including: recruiting, training and development (5 managers and 75 associates), safety & compliance, forecasting & budgeting, inventory, payroll, P&L management ($8.1 Million: 11,500 customers), inside sales, outside sales, commercial sales, customer retention, marketing, production, customer service, and human resources.
