I am utilising the knowledge and experience gained during my extensive military career and my time working with my previous employer to facilitate the training of the Qatar Emiri Air Force personnel in the safe and approved methods and working practises involved with the maintenance of the C17 Globemaster 3 aircraft.

Within this role I developed a comprehensive training package and lead a team of 7 Expat FCCs to deliver the training. As I progressed up the ranks through competitive promotions, I was given more demanding roles managing both human and engineering resources.Latterly, as I rose through the ranks of the Royal Air Force, I completed managerial training courses which stood me in good stead to perform more managerial functions leading to the pinnacle of my Air Force career where I worked as a C17 Aircraft Ground Engineer (AGE). In this position I was carrying out a very demanded role, responible to the Officer Commanding Engineering, for serviceability of the C17 while the aircraft was on its missions worldwide.I have worked in a variety of roles in the RAF, from 1st and 2nd line technician, NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier, instructor and Training Supervisor and ultimately C17 Aircraft Ground Engineer.
