Employees watch streaming micro-videos in our mobile app, then sign on screen and complete a gamified quiz. Employees get a 48-hour window to watch a 3-minute video and take a 5-question quiz. They can complete the training during downtime. A leaderboard populates in the app with employee names and quiz points to encourage employee competition. Attendance records are automatically populated per OSHA standards after each training video. HR/ Admin staff can access PDF versions of all safety meeting attendance records. Email reports are sent to admins periodically during the 48hr safety training window to monitor attendance. If you can get at least 85% of your employees to use our mobile app, then we guarantee your employee injury frequency will decrease.
